Prepaid orders only

Gadget Guru accepts prepaid orders only (UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking and wallets). Cash on Delivery is not available.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders within India.

Processing & delivery time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Our gadgets are shipped from our international fulfilment partners, so delivery typically takes 10–18 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Customs duty

You never pay customs duty or import charges. The price you see at checkout is the full price. In the rare case customs asks for a fee on your parcel, message us on WhatsApp before paying anything and we will cover it.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we share the tracking details by email and WhatsApp so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Non-serviceable pincodes

If we can’t deliver to your pincode, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
